Today’s population of Israel is 8 million.
Estimates say there are 15,000 Messianic believers in Israel today. That is 0.19 percent.
That means, of the people living in Israel today, less than one quarter of one percent believe in Messiah.
Does that sound like a gathering of the people of YHWH?
Yeshua (Messiah, Jesus) tells us who the remnant of the church is:
Revelation 12:17
So the dragon became enraged at the woman and went off to make war with the rest of her offspring—those who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Yeshua.
Yeshua (Messiah, Jesus) tells us who the saints are:
Revelation 14:12
Here is the perseverance of the kedoshim—those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Yeshua.
Do these statements by Messiah describe those gathered in Israel today?
Prophecy indicates that the Edomites, the descendants of Esau, will live in the promise land during end times.
The book of Obadiah tells us they will be gathered and destroyed.
Obadiah 1:18
The house of Jacob shall be a fire,
And the house of Joseph a flame;
But the house of Esau shall be stubble;
They shall kindle them and devour them,
And no survivor shall remain of the house of Esau,”
For the Lord has spoken.
How does Yehova feel about the line of Esau?
We get a sampling of His thoughts in Malachi.
Malachi 1:3-4
3 But Esau I have hated,
And laid waste his mountains and his heritage
For the jackals of the wilderness.”
4 Even though Edom has said,
“We have been impoverished,
But we will return and build the desolate places,”
Thus says the Lord of hosts:
“They may build, but I will throw down;
They shall be called the Territory of Wickedness,
And the people against whom the Lord will have indignation forever.
I know many people who are enamored with the nation of Israel and the Star of David.
Yes, we should absolutely love the people whom Yehova calls Israel, which would be the people in covenant with Him.
Yeshua describes these people in Rev 12:17 and again in Rev 14:12.
Study prophecy to learn what will become of the people in the land at end times. It is not a good thing.
If you are in love with Israel and the Star of David, please study and pray about these things…
It is not my goal to condemn anyone.
Scripture tells us who is in the Kingdom and who is not in the Kingdom.
It is my hope that the 99.8% of people living in the nation of Israel will turn their hearts to YHWH and learn the entire truth of scripture.
It is my hope that all people in the world would do the same.
I condemn no one, as I have no authority what-so-ever (thankfully).
